If your shipment is lost, damaged, or short once delivered, report it to us via the chat feature on the website or via email. We'll evaluate your request, and issue a refund or resend the missing or damaged product.

You can expect a refund within 5 business days, and replacement within 10 business days after your request has been processed.
If you receive a shipment that the packaging is broken or bottle caps have been opened, do not accept it.

Your refund request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.
