When can I start posting?

You’re good to go as soon as you're onboarded!

How many posts are required each month?

We ask for 1 main Instagram feed post and 3 Instagram story posts each month.

What do I get for completing my posts?

After posting as required, you'll receive one case of Saltwater’s products each month!

When are my posts due?

To ensure you receive your monthly product case, make sure to submit your posts before the month ends.

How do I make sure my posts are seen?

Be sure to use the hashtags #DrinkSaltwater and #SaltwaterAmbassador and tag @drinksaltwater in your posts. 

What are the monthly retailer challenges?

These challenges give you the chance to earn additional product cases by supporting retailers that carry Saltwater. Each month’s challenges may vary by region.

Can I get Saltwater swag?

Consistently post to increase visibility and reach out to your Saltwater rep to request swag!

 

Program FAQs

Are the programs terms negotiable?

Unfortunately, the contract terms are fixed. If it doesn’t work for you, that’s totally okay—just let us know if you have any concerns.

Can I promote competing products?

Our ambassadors cannot post for competing products such as other hydration drinks.

What if I skip posting for a month?

If you miss posting for two consecutive months, you’ll be automatically removed from the program. If you wish to rejoin later, you can reapply via our website.

Product Shipment Details

Do I need to order my case after posting?

Yes! Once your posts are approved, you can redeem your product case through the website.

Will I get tracking information for my shipment?

While tracking info isn’t available for every order, feel free to reach out to us if you have any issues with your delivery.

What if my products arrive damaged?

Please send us a photo of the damaged goods, and we’ll assist you right away.

Will my swag ship with my product case?

No, swag ships separately from your monthly product case.
